Ayuna Tablets (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol)

Ayuna (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets 0.15 mg/0.03 mg) is an oral contraceptive indicated for the prevention of pregnancy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • loss of appetite,
  • dark urine,
  • fever,
  • shortness of breath,
  • tiredness,
  • clay-colored stools,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
  • severe headache,
  • blurred vision,
  • pounding in your neck or ears,
  • weakness, and
  • sweating,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
  • slurred speech,
  • coughing up blood,
  • sudden vision loss,
  • mood changes
  • swelling or redness in an arm or leg,
  • stabbing chest pain,
  • swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet,
  • sleep problems,
  • balance problems,
  • changes in the pattern or severity of migraine headaches,
  • a breast lump,

  • Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol)
  • NuvaRing (etonogestrel, ethinyl estradiol vaginal ring)
  • Kyleena (levonorgestrel)
  • Seasonale (levonorgestrel, ethinyl estradiol)
  • Mirena (levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system)
  • Skyla (levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system)
  • Sprintec (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol tablets)
  • Tri-Sprintec (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol tablets-triphasic regimen)
