Inlyta (axitinib)

Inlyta (axitinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma after failure of one prior systemic therapy for this type of cancer.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- tiredness,
- pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- seizure,
- swelling,
- headache,
- weakness,
- chest pain or pressure,
- sudden numbness or weakness,
- severe stomach pain,
- trouble breathing,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- bleeding that will not stop,
- muscle pain,
- severe dizziness,
- pink or brown urine,
- feeling hot or cold,
- thinking problems,
- hair loss, and
- chocking or gagging when you eat or drink,
- problem with vision or speech,
- rapid weight fain,
- sudden weight gain or loss,
- purple or red sports under your skin,
- heavy menstrual bleeding,
- hoarse or deepened voice
