Doptelet (avatrombopag tablets)

Doptelet (avatrombopag) is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist indicated for the treatment of low blood platelet count (thrombocytopenia) in adult patients with chronic liver disease who are scheduled to undergo a procedure.

The drug is often used to treat Liver disease .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • shortness of breath,
  • chills,
  • fast heartbeats,
  • chest pain,
  • bloody or tarry stools,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • coughing up blood, and
  • vomit that looks like coffee grounds
  • stomach pain or tenderness,
  • pain, swelling, or redness in one or both legs,
  • sudden fever,

  • Acova (argatroban)
