Aubagio (teriflunomide tablets)

Aubagio (teriflunomide) is a pyrimidine synthesis inhibitor used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • loss of appetite,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • chills,
  • body aches,
  • sore throat,
  • burning eyes,
  • skin pain,
  • red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
  • feeling tired,
  • dark urine, and
  • trouble breathing,
  • numbness or tingling in your hands or feet that feels different from your MS symptoms,
  • new or worsening cough with or without fever,
