Atrovent (ipratropium bromide) Nasal Spray .06% is an anticholinergic agent indicated for the symptomatic relief of rhinorrhea (runny nose) associated with the common cold or seasonal allergic rhinitis for adults and children age 5 years and older.

The drug is often used to treat Allergic rhinitis , Common cold .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • rash,
  • blurred vision,
  • wheezing,
  • eye pain,
  • tunnel vision,
  • seeing halos around lights,
  • severe dizziness,
  • nosebleeds,
  • severe dry nose, and
  • painful or difficulty urination
