Tecentriq (atezolizumab injection)

Tecentriq (atezolizumab) Injection for intravenous infusion is a monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (cancer) who have disease progression during or following platinum-containing chemotherapy, or have disease progression within 12 months of neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • dark urine,
  • rash,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • clay-colored stools,
  • chest pain,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • sudden numbness,
  • constipation,
  • muscle aches,
  • headache,
  • fainting,
  • nervousness,
  • pounding in the ears,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • tightness in the chest,
  • darkening of the skin,
  • sore throat,
  • nosebleed,
  • hoarseness,
  • lower back or side pain,
  • body aches or pain,
  • sweating
  • drowsiness,
  • flushed or dry skin,
  • fruit-like breath odor,
  • seizures,
  • rapid weight gain,
  • anxiety,
  • trouble sleeping,
  • depression,
  • irritability,
  • pain,
  • indigestion,
  • sneezing,
  • double vision,
  • tenderness,
  • bloating,
  • yellowing of eyes and skin (jaundice),
  • little or no urine,
  • cold feeling,
  • joint or muscle pain,
  • stomach cramps,
  • bladder pain,
  • frequent urge to urinate,
  • increased urination, and
  • black or tarry stools,
  • increased hunger,
  • slow or fast heartbeat,
  • upper right abdominal pain,
  • rapid or shallow breathing,
  • redness of the skin,
  • sores or white spots in the mouth,
  • loss of voice,
  • unusual bleeding or bruising,
  • stuffy or runny nose,
  • earache,
  • burning or painful urination,
  • blood or cloudy urine,
  • tingling of the hands, arms, legs or feet,
  • tingling in the hands and feet,
  • watery or bloody diarrhea,
  • difficulty chewing, swallowing, or talking,
  • drooping eye lids,
  • dry skin and hair,
  • general feeling of discomfort or illness,
  • inability to move the arms and legs,
  • muscle cramp and stiffness,
  • numbness in the hands, feet, or lips,
  • pins and needles,
  • sensitivity to heat,
  • stabbing pain,
  • stiffness in the neck or back,
  • blistering, peeling, or loosening of the skin,
  • joint stiffness or swelling,
  • stomach pain that radiates to the back,
  • red skin lesions with a purple center,
  • red, irritated eyes,
