Astepro (azelastine hydrochloride) Nasal Spray is an antihistamine used for the relief of the symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in patients 12 years of age and older.

The drug is often used to treat Allergic rhinitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • cough,
  • sore throat,
  • dry mouth,
  • drowsiness,
  • weight gain,
  • a bitter taste in the mouth,
  • sores or burning in your nose,
  • nosebleed,
  • sneezing,
  • runny nose,
  • sore throat, or
  • eye redness.
