Astelin (azelastine hydrochloride)

Astelin (azelastine hydrochloride) Nasal Spray is an antihistamine that prevents sneezing, itching, runny nose, and other nasal symptoms of allergies. Astelin Nasal Spray is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing, and
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat
