Yosprala (aspirin and omeprazole tablets)
type of NSAIDs, Proton Pump Inhibitors
Yosprala (aspirin and omeprazole) delayed-release is a combination of an anti-platelet agent and a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated for patients who require aspirin for secondary prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and who are at risk of developing aspirin associated gastric ulcers.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- stomach pain,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- weight gain,
- joint pain,
- wheezing,
- cough,
- muscle cramps,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- tremors (shaking),
- runny or stuffy nose,
- diarrhea that is watery or bloody,
- severe nausea,
- sneezing,
- any bleeding that will not stop,
- feeling jittery,
- blood in your urine,
- joint pain, and
- fast or irregular heart rate,
- skin rash on your cheeks or arms that worsens in sunlight
- choking feeling,
- urinating less than usual,
- jerking muscle movements,
- muscle spasms in your hands and feet,
- unusual bleeding (such as a nosebleed),
- sudden pain or trouble moving your hip, wrist, or back,
