Asmanex Twisthaler (mometasone furoate inhalation powder)

Asmanex Twisthaler 110 mcg, 220 mcg (mometasone furoate inhalation powder) is a corticosteroid indicated for maintenance treatment of asthma as prophylactic therapy in patients 4 years of age and older. Asmanex Twisthaler is not a bronchodilator and should not be used for sudden symptoms of shortness of breath.
The drug is often used to treat Asthma .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- blurred vision,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- trouble swallowing,
- vomiting, and
- lightheadedness
- extreme tiredness,
- eye pain,
- tunnel vision,
- seeing halos around lights,
- choking,
- other breathing problems after using this medication,
- sores or white patches in your mouth or throat,
- worsening asthma symptoms,
