Arzerra (ofatumumab injection)

Arzerra (ofatumumab) Injection is a monoclonal antibody used in to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Arzerra is usually given after other medications have been tried without successful treatment of symptoms.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • skin rash,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • stomach pain,
  • chest pain,
  • dizziness,
  • back pain,
  • headache,
  • sweating,
  • weakness,
  • mouth sores,
  • muscle cramps,
  • right-sided upper stomach pain,
  • irregular heartbeats,
  • chest tightness,
  • skin sores,
  • feeling unwell,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
  • cough with mucus,
  • muscle pain,
  • fast or slow heart rate, and
  • problems with speech, thought, vision, or muscle movement,
  • swelling and irritation in your throat,
  • pain, redness, swelling, or itching where the medicine was injected,
