Coartem (artemether lumefantrine tablets)

Coartem (artemether/lumefantrine) is an antimalarial medication used to treat non-severe malaria. Coartem does not prevent malaria.
The drug is often used to treat Malaria .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- muscle or joint pain,
- weakness,
- loss of appetite,
- fever,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- cough, and
- abdominal pain,
- trouble sleeping (insomnia).
