Arranon (nelarabine)

Arranon (nelarabine) is a chemotherapy drug used to treat T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • seizure,
  • weakness,
  • unexplained muscle pain,
  • mouth sores,
  • muscle cramps,
  • skin sores,
  • extreme drowsiness,
  • tenderness,
  • fast or slow heart rate, and
  • loss of movement in any part of your body,
  • loss of balance or coordination,
  • problems walking,
  • numbness or tingling feeling in your hands or feet,
  • problems with buttoning clothes or picking up small items with your fingers,
  • tingling in your hands or feet or around your mouth

  • Scemblix (asciminib tablets)
  • Rylaze (asparaginase erwinia chrysanthemi (recombinant) - rywn) injection)
  • Breyanzi (lisocabtagene maraleucel suspension for intravenous infusion)
  • Zynlonta (loncastuximab tesirine-lpyl for injection)
  • Ukoniq (umbralisib tablets)
