Aristocort (triamcinolone diacetate injectable suspension)

Aristocort (triamcinolone diacetate) is a glucocorticoid used to treat a variety of conditions such as allergic disorders, arthritis, blood diseases, breathing problems, certain cancers, eye diseases, intestinal disorders, collagen and skin diseases. The brand name Aristocort is discontinued, but generic versions may be available.

The drug is often used to treat Arthritis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • diarrhea,
  • tiredness,
  • blurred vision,
  • dry mouth,
  • worsening of your skin condition,
  • redness, warmth, swelling, oozing, or severe irritation of any treated skin,
  • increased thirst,
  • increased urination,
  • fruity breath odor,
  • weight gain (especially in your face or your upper back and torso),
  • slow wound healing,
  • thinning or discolored skin,
  • increased body hair,
  • muscle weakness,
  • mood changes,
  • menstrual changes, and
  • sexual changes
  • eye pain,
  • tunnel vision,
  • seeing halos around lights,

  • Beser (fluticasone propionate lotion)
