Aristada (aripiprazole lauroxil extended-release injection)

Aristada (aripiprazole lauroxil) is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia.
The drug is often used to treat Schizophrenia .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- headache,
- weight gain,
- feeling the urge to move constantly (akathisia),
- injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness, a hard lump),
- insomnia,
- restlessness, or
- increased blood creatine phosphokinase (CPK).
