Aridol (mannitol) Inhalation Powder is a sugar alcohol indicated to assess bronchial hyperresponsiveness in patients 6 years of age or older who do not have clinically apparent asthma.

The drug is often used to treat Asthma .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • headache
  • cough
  • nausea
  • dizziness
  • shortness of breath
  • wheezing
  • runny nose
  • severe bronchospasm in susceptible subjects
  • throat pain or irritation
  • chest pain or discomfort
  • retching, and
