Apresazide (hydralazine HCI and hydrochlorothiazide) is an antihypertensive-diuretic combination used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). The brand name Apresazide is discontinued, but generic versions may be available.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- headache
- nausea
- diarrhea
- vomiting
- chest pain
- dizziness
- loss of appetite
- heart palpitations
- pounding/fast heartbeat
- or abdominal pain as your body adjusts to the medication.
