Erleada (apalutamide tablets) is an androgen receptor inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.

The drug is often used to treat Prostate cancer .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • shortness of breath,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • seizure,
  • constipation,
  • cough,
  • sore throat,
  • muscle weakness,
  • unusual sweating,
  • weakness on one side of the body,
  • severe dizziness, and
  • trouble speaking,
  • slow heartbeat,
  • unusual weight gain,
  • cold intolerance,
  • increased risk for fractures,
  • chest, jaw, and left arm pain,
  • sudden vision changes,
  • skin rash (no matter how mild)
