Erleada (apalutamide tablets) is an androgen receptor inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
The drug is often used to treat Prostate cancer .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- seizure,
- constipation,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- muscle weakness,
- unusual sweating,
- weakness on one side of the body,
- severe dizziness, and
- trouble speaking,
- slow heartbeat,
- unusual weight gain,
- cold intolerance,
- increased risk for fractures,
- chest, jaw, and left arm pain,
- sudden vision changes,
- skin rash (no matter how mild)
