Thrombate III (Antithrombin III [Human]) is a form of protein found in the blood used to treat patients with hereditary antithrombin III deficiency in connection with surgical or obstetrical procedures or when they suffer from thromboembolism.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- itching,
- rash,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain,
- sudden numbness or weakness,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- trouble walking,
- severe headaches,
- dizziness, and
- loss of coordination
- bloody, black or tarry stools,
- red or dark urine,
- red spots on the skin,
- pain, swelling, or warmth in the leg,
