Obizur [antihemophilic factor (recombinant), porcine sequence] is a recombinant DNA derived, antihemophilic factor indicated for the treatment of bleeding episodes in adults with acquired hemophilia A.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- itching,
- rash,
- dizziness,
- wheezing,
- red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever,
- tightness in the chest or throat,
- unusual hoarseness,
- shortness of breath
- trouble swallowing or talking,
- fainting, and
