Anoro Ellipta (umeclidinium and vilanterol) Inhalation Powder is a combination anticholinergic and long acting beta-adrenoceptor agonist (LABA) used for the long-term, once-daily, maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema.

The drug is often used to treat Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • difficulty breathing,
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • blurred vision,
  • wheezing,
  • high blood pressure,
  • sweating,
  • irregular heartbeat,
  • eye pain,
  • fast heart rate,
  • indigestion,
  • seeing halos around lights,
  • little or no urination
  • red eyes,
  • worsening difficulty breathing,
  • pain or discomfort in chest,
  • swelling of the eye lids,
  • painful urination, and
