Annovera (segesterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol vaginal system)

Annovera (segesterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol vaginal system) is a progestin/estrogen combined hormonal contraceptive (CHC) indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- skin rash,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- body aches,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- blurred vision,
- pounding in your neck or ears,
- sweating,
- chest pain or pressure,
- sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
- sudden severe headache,
- stabbing chest pain,
- sudden fever,
- mood changes, and
- problems with speech or vision,
- pain or numbness in one or both legs,
- new headaches,
- change in pattern or severity of migraine headaches,
- thoughts of self-harm
