Paregoric (anhydrous morphine) is a narcotic used to treat diarrhea.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- lightheadedness,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- constipation,
- loss of appetite,
- restlessness,
- upset stomach,
- tiredness,
- drowsiness,
- increased sweating, or
- flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling under your skin).
