Anavip [crotalidae immune f(ab') 2 (equine)] is an equine-derived antivenin indicated for the management of adult and pediatric patients with North American rattlesnake envenomation.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • severe dizziness
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and
