Amvuttra (vutrisiran injection)

Amvuttra (vutrisiran) is a transthyretin-directed small interfering RNA indicated for the treatment of the polyneuropathy of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis in adults.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • dizziness, and
  • joint stiffness
The following drugs are related to Amvuttra, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Dolobid (diflunisal)
  • Tegsedi (inotersen injection)
  • Onpattro (patisiran lipid complex injection)
  • Vyndaqel and Vyndamax (tafamidis and tafamidis meglumine capsules)
  • Tasmar (tolcapone)
