Amvuttra (vutrisiran injection)

Amvuttra (vutrisiran) is a transthyretin-directed small interfering RNA indicated for the treatment of the polyneuropathy of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- dizziness, and
- joint stiffness
The following drugs are related to Amvuttra, either as a replacement or used together:
- Dolobid (diflunisal)
- Tegsedi (inotersen injection)
- Onpattro (patisiran lipid complex injection)
- Vyndaqel and Vyndamax (tafamidis and tafamidis meglumine capsules)
- Tasmar (tolcapone)
