Augmentin Chewable Tablets (amoxicillin clavulanate potassium)

Augmentin (amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium) is a combination of a penicillin-type antibiotic and a form of clavulanic acid, which is similar to penicillin, used to treat many different infections caused by bacteria, such as sinusitis, pneumonia, ear infections, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, and infections of the skin.
The drug is often used to treat Bronchitis , Pneumonia , Sinusitis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- upper stomach pain,
- loss of appetite,
- fever,
- confusion,
- weakness,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- little or no urination,
- dark colored urine,
- severe stomach pain,
- diarrhea that is watery or bloody (even if it occurs months after your last dose),
- pale or yellow skin,
- easy bruising, and
- unusual bleeding
