Amondys 45 (casimersen injection)

Amondys 45 (casimersen) is an antisense oligonucleotide indicated for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) in patients who have a confirmed mutation of the DMD gene that is amenable to exon 45 skipping.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- fever,
- upper respiratory tract infection,
- joint pain,
- headache,
- cough,
- lightheadedness
- ear infection,
- mouth and throat pain,
- ear pain,
- post-traumatic pain,
- dizziness, and
