Hexalen (altretamine) is a cancer (antineoplastic) medication used to treat cancer of the ovaries.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • rash
  • loss of appetite
  • temporary hair loss
  • itching, or
  • nausea/vomiting (may be severe)
