Altreno (tretinoin lotion)

Altreno (tretinoin) Lotion is a retinoid indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris in patients 9 years of age and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• severe dizziness
• eyelid swelling,
• skin discoloration, and
• blistering, crusting, severe burning or swelling of the skin,
• eye redness and watering,
