Niravam (alprazolam) is a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and anxiety caused by depression. Niravam is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:

- dry mouth,

- muscle weakness,
- drowsiness,
- swelling in your hands or feet,
