Prolastin (Alpha1-Proteinase Inhibitor [Human]) is a protein used to treat alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency which can lead to emphysema (damage to the air sacs in the lungs).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- chills,
- body aches,
- wheezing,
- vision changes
- flu symptoms,
- sores in your mouth and throat,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- chest pain or tightness, and

- Atrovent HFA (ipratropium bromide inhalation aerosol)
- Breo Ellipta (fluticasone furoate and vilanterol inhalation powder)
- Daliresp (roflumilast)
- Duoneb (ipratropium bromide and albuterol sulfate)
- Glassia (alpha1 proteinase inhibitor (human) for intravenous administration)
- Portrazza (necitumumab intravenous injection)
