Prolastin (Alpha1-Proteinase Inhibitor [Human]) is a protein used to treat alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency which can lead to emphysema (damage to the air sacs in the lungs).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • lightheadedness,
  • chills,
  • body aches,
  • wheezing,
  • vision changes
  • flu symptoms,
  • sores in your mouth and throat,
  • pain or burning when you urinate,
  • chest pain or tightness, and

  • Atrovent HFA (ipratropium bromide inhalation aerosol)
  • Breo Ellipta (fluticasone furoate and vilanterol inhalation powder)
  • Daliresp (roflumilast)
  • Duoneb (ipratropium bromide and albuterol sulfate)
  • Glassia (alpha1 proteinase inhibitor (human) for intravenous administration)
  • Portrazza (necitumumab intravenous injection)
