Vijoice (alpelisib tablets)

Vijoice (alpelisib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with severe manifestations of PIK3CA-Related Overgrowth Spectrum (PROS) who require systemic therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • chest pain,
  • cough,
  • increased thirst,
  • pale skin,
  • dry mouth,
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • confusion, 
  • increased urination, 
  • unusual tiredness, 
  • trouble swallowing,
  • fruity breath odor, 
  • little or no urination, 
  • cold hands and feet, 
  • red or swollen gums,
  • blisters or ulcers in your mouth, 
  • weight loss
  • severe or ongoing diarrhea, 
  • hunger, and
