Allegra-D (fexofenadine hcl and pseudoephedrine hcl)

Allegra-D (fexofenadine hcl and pseudoephedrine hcl) is a combination of an antihistamine and a decongestant used to treat sneezing, cough, runny or stuffy nose, itchy or watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other symptoms of allergies and the common cold. Allegra-D is available in generic form and over-the-counter.

The drug is often used to treat Common cold .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • constipation,
  • loss of appetite,
  • nervousness,
  • dry mouth,
  • trouble sleeping (insomnia),
  • drowsiness,
  • skin rash or itching,
  • ringing in your ears.
  • stomach upset or pain,
  • feeling restless or excited (especially in children),
  • problems with memory or concentration, or
