Allegra (fexofenadine hydrochloride) is an antihistamine used to treat allergic symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis, including:

The drug is often used to treat Allergic rhinitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• diarrhea,
• tiredness,
• headache, and
• drowsiness,
• upset stomach,
• sleepiness,
• muscle or back discomfort or pain,
• menstrual cramps.
