Aliqopa (copanlisib for injection, for intravenous use)
type of Antineoplastics PI3K Inhibitors
Aliqopa (copanlisib) for injection is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma (FL) who have received at least two prior systemic therapies.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- diarrhea,
- low platelet count (thrombocytopenia),
- high blood sugar (hyperglycemia),
- decreased general strength and energy,
- high blood pressure (hypertension),
- low white blood cell count (leukopenia, neutropenia),
- nausea,
- lower respiratory tract infections,
- swelling and sores inside the mouth,
- vomiting, and rash.
