Lastacaft (alcaftadine) Ophthalmic Solution is an antihistamine used to prevent itching in the eyes caused by allergies.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • severe burning in the eyes, and
  • stinging or other irritation in the eyes

  • Acular (ketorolac tromethamine)
  • Allegra (fexofenadine hcl)
  • Optivar (azelastine hydrochloride)
  • Bepreve (bepotastine besilate ophthalmic solution 1.5%)

  • Claritin (loratadine)
  • Opticrom (cromolyn sodium ophthalmic solution)
  • Emadine (emedastine difumarate ophthalmic solution)
  • Zaditen (ketotifen hydrogen fumarate eye drops)
  • Polytrim (polymyxin b sulfate and trimethoprim ophthalmic solution, usp, sterile)
