VoSpire ER (albuterol sulfate) Extended-Release Tablets is a bronchodilator used to treat wheezing and shortness of breath caused by breathing problems (e.g., asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). VoSpire ER is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
- dizziness
- headache
- nervousness
- nausea, or
- shaking (tremor)

- elevated blood pressure
