Buminate [albumin (Human)] 25% injection is albumin, the protein portion of the blood, used to treat shock, burns, or low blood protein. Buminate is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- confusion,
- severe shortness of breath,
- blurred vision,
- wheezing,
- sweating,
- cough,
- chest pain, and
- anxiety,
- weak or shallow breathing,
- gasping for breath,
- cough with foamy mucus,
- throbbing headache,
- buzzing in your ears,
- fast or uneven heartbeats
