Airduo Digihaler (fluticasone propionate and salmeterol inhalation powder)

Airduo Digihaler (fluticasone propionate and salmeterol) is a combination of a corticosteroid and a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) indicated for treatment of asthma in patients aged 12years and older. AirDuo Digihaler should be used for patients not adequately controlled on a long term asthma control medication such as an inhaled corticosteroid or whose disease warrants initiation of treatment with both an inhaled corticosteroid and long acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA).

The drug is often used to treat Asthma .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • chills,
  • chest pain,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • severe headache,
  • blurred vision,
  • pounding in your neck or ears,
  • constipation,
  • dry mouth,
  • wheezing,
  • nervousness,
  • weakness,
  • trouble swallowing,
  • vomiting
  • increased thirst,
  • increased urination,
  • fruity breath odor,
  • muscle weakness,
  • eye pain,
  • increased thirst or urination,
  • tremors,
  • tunnel vision,
  • seeing halos around lights,
  • cough with mucus,
  • leg cramps,
  • numbness or tingling,
  • limp feeling,
  • worsening tiredness,
  • choking,
  • sores or white patches in your mouth or throat,
  • nausea, and
  • fast or irregular heartbeats,
  • other breathing problems after using this medicine,
