Aemcolo (rifamycin) is a rifamycin antibacterial indicated for the treatment of travelers' diarrhea caused by noninvasive strains of Escherichia coli in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- severe stomach pain, and
- diarrhea that is watery or bloody

- Zithromax Injection (azithromycin)
- Zithromax (azithromycin)
- Cipro (ciprofloxacin)
- Cipro XR (ciprofloxacin extended-release)
- Xifaxan (rifaximin)
