Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine) is a new class of chemotherapy drug called an antibody-drug conjugate used to treat breast cancer.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- tiredness,
- constipation,
- musculoskeletal pain,
- headache,
- fatigue,
- low platelet count,
- liver problems,
- low levels of red blood cells,
- nerve problems, and
- low levels of potassium in the blood.
