Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine injection for iv use)

Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine) is a new class of chemotherapy drug called an antibody-drug conjugate used to treat breast cancer.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • tiredness,
  • constipation,
  • musculoskeletal pain,
  • headache,
  • fatigue,
  • low platelet count,
  • liver problems,
  • low levels of red blood cells,
  • nerve problems, and
  • low levels of potassium in the blood.

  • Ibrance (palbociclib capsules for oral administration)
  • Margenza (margetuximab-cmkb injection, for intravenous use)
