Adempas (riociguat tablets)

Adempas (riociguat) is a soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator used to treat adults with two forms of pulmonary hypertension.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- palpitations,
- low blood pressure (hypotension),
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- indigestion,
- diarrhea,
- constipation,
- nosebleed,
- stuffy nose,
- low levels of iron in the blood (anemia),
- upset stomach or stomach pain,
- difficulty swallowing,
- swelling of the legs and feet,
- gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD),
- abdominal bloating, and
- swelling of the extremities.
