Hadlima (adalimumab-bwwd injection)

Hadlima (adalimumab-bwwd) is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for treatment of rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), adult Crohn's disease (CD), ulcerative colitis (UC), and plaque psoriasis (Ps). Hadlima is biosimilar to Humira (adalimumab).

The drug is often used to treat Ankylosing spondylitis , Arthritis , Psoriatic arthritis , Ulcerative colitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • dark urine,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • night sweats,
  • shortness of breath,
  • weight loss,
  • chills,
  • clay-colored stools,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • numbness,
  • dizziness,
  • joint pain,
  • headache,
  • flu-like symptoms,
  • fatigue,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • fast or irregular heartbeat,
  • mouth sores,
  • abdominal pain,
  • hair loss,
  • coughing up blood,
  • unusual bruising,
  • frequent urination,
  • any bleeding that will not stop,
  • double vision,
  • blood in your urine,
  • bleeding gums,
  • nosebleeds,
  • listlessness,
  • sudden weight gain,
  • arm or leg weakness or pain,
  • paleness,
  • unusually tiredness,
  • stiff neck,
  • pain or burning sensation when urinating,
  • changes in the color of your skin,
  • any sore that will not heal,
  • tingling sensation, and
  • difficulty swallowing
