Yusimry (adalimumab-aqvh injection)

Yusimry (adalimumab-aqvh) is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker used for reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis; reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older; reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis; reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis; treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older; treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients; and treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate.
The drug is often used to treat Ankylosing spondylitis , Arthritis , Psoriatic arthritis , Ulcerative colitis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- weakness in your arms or legs, and
- fever with ongoing cough
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain,
- lightheadedness,
- numbness,
- vomiting,
- skin rash,
- loss of appetite,
- fever,
- weight loss,
- chills,
- stomach pain,
- severe dizziness
- pale skin,
- tiredness,
- swollen glands,
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- easy bruising,
- confusion,
- vision problems,
- dark urine,
- joint pain or swelling,
- unusual bleeding,
- body aches,
- tingling,
- night sweats,
- severe drowsiness,
- clay-colored stools,
- cold hands and feet,
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- rapid breathing,
- fast heartbeats,
- general feeling of illness,
- joint and muscle pain,
- pain in your upper stomach that may spread to your shoulder,
- feeling full after eating only a small amount,
- new or worsening psoriasis (raised, silvery flaking of the skin),
- sore or bump on your skin that does not heal,
- feeling very ill,
- yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice),
- patchy skin color that worsens in sunlight,
