Krazati (adagrasib tablets)

Krazati (adagrasib) is an inhibitor of the RAS GTPase family indicated for the treatment of adult patients with KRAS G12C-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as determined by an FDA approved test, who have received at least one prior systemic therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- weight loss,
- tiredness,
- dizziness,
- constipation,
- fainting,
- weakness,
- cough,
- dark colored urine,
- seizures,
- abdominal pain,
- abdominal cramping,
- yellowing of the eyes and skin (jaundice),
- heart palpitations,
- swelling of the abdomen,
- abnormal heart rhythm,
- fast, fluttering, or pounding heart rate,
- light-colored stools,
- black or tarry stool,
- bright red blood in your vomit,
- blood mixed with stool,
- inability to have a bowel movement or pass gas, and
- watery diarrhea
