Krazati (adagrasib tablets)

Krazati (adagrasib) is an inhibitor of the RAS GTPase family indicated for the treatment of adult patients with KRAS G12C-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as determined by an FDA approved test, who have received at least one prior systemic therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • rash,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • shortness of breath,
  • weight loss,
  • tiredness,
  • dizziness,
  • constipation,
  • fainting,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • dark colored urine,
  • seizures,
  • abdominal pain,
  • abdominal cramping,
  • yellowing of the eyes and skin (jaundice),
  • heart palpitations,
  • swelling of the abdomen,
  • abnormal heart rhythm,
  • fast, fluttering, or pounding heart rate,
  • light-colored stools,
  • black or tarry stool,
  • bright red blood in your vomit,
  • blood mixed with stool,
  • inability to have a bowel movement or pass gas, and
  • watery diarrhea
