Actemra (tocilizumab injection)

Actemra (tocilizumab) is an interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor inhibitor used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in children and adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- weight loss,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- constipation,
- cough,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- skin sores,
- any bleeding that will not stop,
- bleeding gums,
- nosebleeds,
- abnormal vaginal bleeding,
- bloating,
- blood in your urine or stools,
- burning when you urinate,
- right-sided stomach pain,
- ongoing stomach pain, and
- change in bowel habits
- severe stomach cramps,
- aches,
