ACAM2000 (smallpox vaccine, live) is an immunization used against smallpox disease for persons determined to be at high risk for smallpox infection.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache
• nausea
• diarrhea
• fever
• vomiting
• fatigue
• constipation
• shortness of breath
• rash
• muscle pain
• body aches
• injection site reactions (itching, redness, pain, swelling)
• enlarged lymph nodes
• feeling of being unwell (malaise)
• arm soreness
• feeling hot, and

• Jynneos (smallpox and monkeypox live, nonreplicating injection)
