Calquence (acalabrutinib capsules)

Calquence (acalabrutinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received at least one prior therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • chest pain,
  • dizziness,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • weakness,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • pounding heartbeats,
  • coughing up blood,
  • vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
  • unusual bleeding (nose, mouth, vagina, or rectum),
  • cough with mucus,
  • any bleeding that will not stop,
  • decreased vision,
  • problems with speech,
  • prolonged headache,
  • black or blood stools,
  • pink or brown urine,
  • flu like symptoms,
  • changes in mental state,
  • weakness on one side of your body, and
  • problems walking (gradual start and worsening quickly)
