Cibinqo (abrocitinib tablets)

Cibinqo (abrocitinib) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to treat adults with refractory, moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis whose disease is not adequately controlled with other systemic drug products, including biologics, or when use of those therapies is inadvisable.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • nausea,
  • sweating,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • cough,
  • fever,
  • weight loss,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • lightheadedness, and
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • abdominal pain,
  • muscle aches, 
  • blood in your phlegm, 
  • increased urination, 
  • pain or discomfort when urinating, 
  • red, irritated, or painful skin or sores, 
  • chest pain or pressure, 
  • pain spreading from your jaw to your arm, 
  • weakness (especially in one side of your body), 
  • slurred speech, 
  • swelling, pain or tenderness in one or both legs
