Yonsa (abiraterone acetate tablets)

Yonsa (abiraterone acetate) is a CYP17 inhibitor indicated in combination with methylprednisolone for the treatment of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC).

The drug is often used to treat Prostate cancer .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fatigue,
  • cough,
  • high blood pressure (hypertension),
  • bruising
  • joint swelling or discomfort,
  • edema,
  • hot flush,
  • urinary tract infection (UTI), and
